Kiana, your writing absolutely blew me away! Your words are so tangible, so real, and I’m completely in love with your approach. Keep writing these tiny moments, Kiana—they’re anything but small. They’re the very essence of life, and you capture them so brilliantly.
I feel that you do this well already. But you are not stagnant of course, so you study others, and evolve. I admire that. 🥰 But I promise you are very good at small moments. Pinky promise, even!!
Something about knowing what a writer yearns to achieve most with their words feels so wildly intimate and sweet. I find it so endearing every time. Thank you for sharing with us, Kiana!
I too, want to write to the tiny moments, but to make the less tangible experiences feel more tangible and less isolated. We all are made up of the same messy feelings and that is what I would hope to bring to life more. Your piece today was a much needed reminder of that.
I think you are doing way better at describing these tiny moments than you think. 💛
Thank you Carla 🤗
You're welcome!
Beautiful
Thank you!
Lovely noticings! To write about the things nobody talks about. In my writing I hear this as a challenge, something I can't resist doing.
Thank you!
Love this!
